Estimates assume ₱12.5/kWh Meralco rate, 4.5 peak sun hours/day, 80% system efficiency, 65% daytime self-use, and ₱7/kWh net metering export credit. Your free site assessment gives exact numbers for your roof and usage.

The process

How it works

Five steps from "curious" to "exporting excess power to Meralco." You lift nothing heavier than your phone.

  1. 1

Send us your monthly Meralco bill

Photo of your bill via the form or Messenger — that is all we need to size your system and give a realistic savings estimate.

  2. 2

    Free site assessment

Our engineer visits your home, checks the roof and shading, and measures your actual load. No fee, no obligation, whether or not you push through.

  3. 3

    Fixed-price proposal

You get a written proposal: system size, complete equipment list, savings projection with the math shown, and one fixed price. Walang hidden charges.

  4. 4

    Installation in 1–3 days

Most residential systems are done in a day or two; larger and hybrid systems take up to three. We handle permits before we ever climb your roof.

  5. 5

    Net metering, processed for you

We prepare and file your Meralco net metering application and see it through inspection. Once approved, your excess power exports to the grid as bill credits.

Most systems pay for themselves in 4–6 years — often sooner with heavy daytime use. Panels keep producing for 25+ years after that.

Homeowners

What homeowners say

“Every summer our bill hit ₱11,000 and I would honestly feel sick opening the envelope. Now it hovers around ₱2,000. The proposal showed the exact math before we paid a single peso, kaya walang surprises.”

Liza M.

Cabuyao, Laguna · Family package, 5.5 kWp grid-tie

“We got the hybrid setup because brownouts here can last hours. Last month the whole village went dark during a storm — my kids were watching Netflix like nothing happened. Worth every peso.”

Ramon D.

Tanauan, Batangas · Hybrid package, 8.0 kWp + 10 kWh battery

“I dreaded the Meralco net metering paperwork — I had read horror stories. SinagTech filed everything, followed up on the inspection, and just messaged us when the new meter was in. We never lined up anywhere.”

Carlo & Jenny S.

FAQs

Questions everyone asks

How much will I actually save?

It depends on your bill and how much power you use in the daytime. A ₱9,000/month household with our Family package (5.5 kWp) typically lands somewhere between ₱5,000 and ₱7,400 in monthly savings — daytime usage runs on solar at ₱0, and excess exports to Meralco as credit. Every proposal we send shows the computation, with the assumptions written down. If a number sounds too good to be true, ask us to show the math — we will.

What is net metering, and do you handle it?

Net metering is a Meralco program that credits you for excess solar power your home sends back to the grid. Sobrang produced power in the daytime becomes bawas sa bill. The application involves paperwork, inspection, and a meter change — and yes, we process all of it for you. It is included in every package, not an add-on.

Grid-tie vs hybrid — do I need batteries?

Grid-tie (no battery) gives the fastest payback: every peso goes into panels that directly cut your bill. Hybrid adds a battery so you have power during brownouts and at night — but batteries add significant cost, so we only recommend them if outages genuinely hurt you (work-from-home, medical equipment, frequent brownouts in your area). Our inverters are hybrid-ready, so you can start grid-tie and add a battery later.

Is financing available?

Yes — through partner banks and BillEase. Standard terms are 50% down to schedule and the balance upon commissioning, payable by GCash, bank transfer, or credit card. With financing, monthly amortization often lands close to what the system saves you, so the cash-flow hit is small.
